False drunken drive case. How to tackle against false charging

My father was an station fire officer. After his retirement his two wheeler was there at my home without usage. I gave my dad's vehicle to one of my company workers and when he drove that vehicle to his home, a pc caught him and asked him why it's written as fire. He said that it's my owner's father vehicle. They seized the vehicle and made false drunken drive case allegations. I called and spoke to the police he faked a drunken drive certificate from nearby GH and asking me to pay 10500
This is absolutely wrong and definetly be contested. A complaint can be filed before the higher officials stating the atrocity of the Police officer by filing false complaint against innocent citizens.
