false cross FIR dates in court not being told registered after 7 years

i am not being informed about court dates in any of the cases; (after putting my FIR for closure by police) in a false cross FIR in the same case- NBW was executed (though i was never informed of dates and I was in touch consistently with IO ; but m stated as 'laapta'); what to do; I could not get details on net; my DLSA lawyers never appeared in 3 years causing a BRUTAL experience in my life I am not able to recover. I am a single lady. The NBW was executed when i went for u/s164 statement in another case. The timing for execution was such that I could not appear in court (being in custody) in an FIR against an inflential accused for sexual assault (this FIR was registered after 7 years when LG office interveined). Please guide. Thanks.
