False criminal case filed against me and wrongly convicted

X filed a false pettion,that i beat with a stone,it caused injury and lost his teeth.ps registered a case u/s 326,reffered the X to govt.H.for....they examined the X and opined that he meet S. injury in drunken state. io suppresed this mc and filed another mc as G.hurt.Durning the trail all the witnesses were completely turned hostle&pettioner partly ie depoised that ps sent him to govt.H.only.who issued 2nd mc depoised that i have no authority to issue mc as iam not a registered medical practioner etc.Durning 313 submitted the Govt.H.mc to dispose the case, Court did not marked this mc as exhibit nor examined the govt.H.doctor. Even though trail court convicted me u/s324. I filled appeal in 1st appellate court& this court reduced RI for 6 months.Now pl advice me,and give reply to my doubts.1) Io suppressed the 1st mc and filed another mc is not a fraud? If so the judgment is not liable to set aside by Hc/sc?
you need to file petition under section 391 of crpc to receive additional evidence on your side and get mark the first mc as a exhibit in order to get the relief now the question of non marking of document will relate to several other issues so please be accurate about your stand about such document

Suppression of First MC is fraud.
The Second MC that too by a person who on his own admission that he is not a registered medical practitioner/ Authority to give MC should have been discarded by the court .
You can appeal against the conviction and get the conviction set aside in the district court or High court as appropriate.

Then u can put the same in your defence evidence putting the facts in your evidence.
If so the judgment is not liable to set aside by Hc/sc?
