Dear Sir
Due to my grandfather property partition my father elder brother gave false compliant aganist myself and my sister and my mother.And police file FIR in IPC 294 b,323,324,427,502 (2).
In investication police find its false compliant.we were got anticipated bail and put sign 30 days sign in police station.
What action we can take aganist compliant and what punishment compliant will get from court.......We are innocent .We know FIR filed on us after 20 days from day FIR was registered.
