1.अगर झूठे आरोप में कोई झूठे केस में फंसाने की धमकी देता है, और झूठे केस की आशंका को देखते हुए सनहा(NCR) थाने में दर्ज करा दी जाती है, बाद में NCR करने के ठीक 4 महीने बाद जिसके विरुद्ध NCR दर्ज किया गया था वही व्यक्ति झूठा आरोप लगाकर झूठा मुकदमा दायर करता है, क्या उस व्यक्ति का वह झूठा मुकदमा पूर्व में दिये गये उसके खिलाफ NCR की वजह से खारिज हो सकता है, और फिर NCR दर्ज करने वाला व्यक्ति किस तरह झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने वालों के खिलाफ कानूनी कारवार्ई करवा सकता है।।
2.फर्जी आरोप लगाकर झूठा लीगल नोटिस भेजने वाले के खिलाफ क्या कारवाई की जा सकती है
