A false charge sheet has been filed by police in 498A case in Telengana.I live in Ghaziabad.Filed RTI with police to get the proof of claims done by in-laws regarding huge dowry.Police do not have any proof available.Can i file case in Ghaziabad against police for filing false chargesheet in Telengana,as i am living in Ghaziabad permanently and have filed RTI from Ghaziabad.
Sir, you cannot file a case against the police of Telangana here at Ghaziabad. Better way to save you is to file a petition to quash the impugned charges best before the High Court of Telangana. If the chargesheet has been filed falsely, they may be punished but at Telangana.
