False case of sexual harrasment

Hi i need to write this because what to do if women file complaint against men, of steering her while sleeping but it's not internationally it done by mistake only, due to cramp in leg, i just stand and unknowingly i got view of women sleeping, and he notice me that i am standing in front of her, this situation arises due i was sleeping lower floor and she was upper floor seat of travel bus. So can I prove my point against this false complaint

It depends. whether she asked for your help and the statement of other travellers and co-passengers who may have witnessed the exact incident. Also whether you touched her without her consent is also a question which needs to be decided before a complaint is taken against you.

Well, if she lodges a complaint against you, then you lodge a Counter Police Complaint, so that, if she puts efforts to get her Police Complaint turned into FIR, then, you can also press Police Officials to turn your Police Complaint into a FIR, so that, before you put your efforts to get your Complaint turned into FIR, you shall get an offer from the opposite side to sit on the negotiation table to withdraw the case.
