A false case is filed against me in context of rioting. What should I do?
you may either approach Calcutta High Court for quashing of the FIR and criminal proceedings against you or you may file a discharge petition. I guess you are on a regular bail. If not then you should surrender and get bail from the criminal court.

hi, here you can only defend the same, after getting the bail from the concerned court you have to wait for the charge sheet to be filed by the police and then you have to just wait for the trial and defend the same, for more info can contact me.
