False case does victim have to attend all hearing and get a lawyer

02-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was arrested on false 354a case and now i am moving to High Court for quashing of FIR, so my question, is it required to attend both the party (Accused and Victim) on the high court on each and every hearing? because i dont want to compromise this case because i have not made any mistakes and i am innocent. Another question Victim required to hire a lawyer when the case is moving to high court?

There is no need to attend each and every hearing in the High Court. Especially in the High Court your advocate will appear and argue the matter and your presence hardly matters. Whether the case is false or genuine depends upon the trial before the court. Rest of the things cannot be answered without understanding your case.

Sir,
As there are not much information provided on your case, I limit myself answering your queries only.
1. It depends upon the stage of the case where the court would decide who to appear and when.
2. It is the option of the victim that she can go for any lawyer in high court.

Sir, you have to attend all the court and be present during the case date, u have put for quashing if it is done then u can put the copy of the quashing order and then when you are been removed from the case from the court then and until then you can't ignore the court proceeding.
