False bill generation of my bike purchasing and its services

I have purchased my bike on 22/08/2021 but online purchasing date was showing 28/05/2021 and they have booked false free and paid bike servicing of my bike as per their conveinence that was not done on my bike. Till February 2024, they have booked it. Due to this my bike warranty was reduced by 4 months. What action should i take?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can send them a formal legal notice seeking clarification and then once they reply if found unsatisfactory you can proceed with a legal proceeding in the consumer forum, thank you
