False attendance at government school

Sir/Madam,
Am a government higher secondary school teacher at state of Chhattisgarh, my question is....Hamare school mein kuch teacher 15 se 20 dino tak school nahi aate aur aane ke baad attendance register par sign kar dete hain, register ki photo ka video banane par dhamki dete hain ki ye crime hai government office mein pic lena apraadh ki shreni mein aata hai ...kindly advise me ,kya isko court mein case ke liye proof ke tor par rakh sakte hain agar nahi to kya Kiya ja sakta hai.

You can make video of register to show to school authority or district education officer. But you can't file a criminal case for this issue. You can file writ for this problem. Try to record video infront of two witness to prove your are right
