False attempt to murder case (307 ipc) and (498A ipc) by wife

My wife has filed a false attempt to murder case (307 ipc) and (498A ipc) against me and all of my family members. She has told in FIR that that i tried to strangulate her using a dupatta ,she escaped and made a phone call using a passerby mobile and called for help. I know this whole story i false , How can i prove my and my family innocence. I got married 3 months ago and my wife and her family is very greedy. She went peacefully to her home along with her parents. She messaged me after reaching home also. I have that message in whatsapp. She called me that night when she went along with her parents. Can the police retrieve that phone records .

Dear Sir,
Phone calls cannot be retrieved however you can produce WhatsApp messages. You may go for quashing petition against such false FIR. It is better for you to take the services of advocate on criminal side and see that the said FIR is quashed at the budding stage itself.
