False 498A case filed against me can i file defamation case

My brother - in - law's wife has lodged the 498a case against me, husband, and mother-in-law. In the complain her mother has written that we all has beaten her bruitly. This is a false statement. The date and time she has mentioned in the FIR, in that day, I was in office. I have taken the written letter from my company in the letter head saying that I was in office. I have also taken the login and logout punching details as attendance sheet. Now if I will come out from the case, can I file the defamation case against her father, brother, and mother-in-law.
No, you cannot file defamation case until is proved that you are innocent and consequently acquitted in the case. Do not presume that you are going to win the case merely with the help of one or two documents you have. Strong grounds, witnesses, documents are required the charges against you.

2. subsequently if Charge Sheet is filed you establish all the documents in the Trial and establish it is false case.
3. For the false case you have to file PCR before the court for punishable under section 182 of IPC.
