Have facing so much trouble from police and my wife because she have eletical relationship with some political influence person I have all the proof but I don't know what to do some lawyer when I talk same lot of money asking for a FIR and PCR I did return complaint police commissioner IG dig and other government officials but did not the do not respond I did return complaint to the Karnataka State human rights they refuse the complaint then I complaint in Pradhanmantri portal but no use
Dear Sir,
You have done all the available options. You are advised to file Divorce case on the ground of cruelty and adultery against your wife. It may be allowed even without alimony to the wife if you are able to establish her adultery during the subsistence of marriage. The Courts always come forward to award divorce in case of established adultery on the part of wife.
