Fake promise of marriage and had sexual relation

I previously filed a case against my boyfriend intent of fake promise of marriage ..after tht he came back and begged to stay with me and gave written promise to marry and and i grant him bail but again he cheated me he ran away by making his mobile off . Now again I m willing to file a case .
