Fake promise, mental torcher and sex multiple times

10-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was dating a divorcee guy from march to december 2018 who always told me that he never wants to be married. I never forced him for marriage. He neither said he wud marry me nor said he wud not marry me. We had sex multiple times. His behavior always made me thought that he wud marry me and he started telling me repeatedly tht he wudnt leave me. But he stopped contacting me from january this year. And am an open heart surgery, he used to torcher me mentally, gave threats by saying that if I dont listen to him, he might stopped contacting me and all. Please suggest, what charges can be brought on this cheater...

Charges of rape can be instituted as well as not and outraging of womens modesty and cheating, before doing all of it more facts are needed and firm decisions needed to be faken and one must have the mindset to do a case as the system is slow
