Fake NCR against an FIR filed by us

My brothers have filed a partition suit in court and along with that only daily basis they are trying all possible means to create fake FIR's/NCR's so that they can get more share in the property, few days back they had a fight with my wife, my wife lodged an FIR in police station and my brother due to some political connections was somehow able to get his NCR lodged in police station.
Police filed a chargesheet for the FIR lodged by my wife against my brother and submitted in court and now my brother got the order from court in section 155-2 for investigation for his NCR, my question is can police put an FR and close the NCR or they will apply chargesheet against my wife, as my brother got fake medicals applied in his NCR, the investigating officer is saying he will apply chargesheet as there are medicals attached in the NCR and cannot put FR in this case, kindly help
hello client as i xan see your issuea is really not good in your case i can see ur problem if the IO is going fioe chargesheet in tht condition you need to protest agaist tht case and you have to file your case against other party and due ro which other party will get punishment from court.
