Fake memo of withdrawal of petition filed by PP

Case is 354D, accused lawyer filed a quashing req in high court. Judge suggested mediation which failed, but PP counsel for victim that is responding has filed a fake/wrong memo of withdrawal when victim removed the counsel. Can this be challenged? Judge requested mediation report and has adjourned for relisting in next date.
Dear Sir,
If fake memo of withdrawal is filed without the consent of victim then such victim may lodge complaint against such Public Prosecutor before his higher authorities. Thus, such fake withdrawal application will be withdrawn and in the meanwhile you have to advance the case by taking assistance of another Advocate and see that such fake withdrawal application is withdrawn.
