Fake harrassment case was filed against me and I apologized for that n

I was in good friendship with a girl and my name was caught in her home and this was did by one of her friend through fake account and fake postal letters and to be safe she said bad about me and she escaped in her home bt by knowing this I texted her through sms like asking why r u doing all these and tell truth like that ( 350 sms ) for 25 days bt she didn't replied after that I got letter saying that they will send letter in my name so iam afraid that by keeping that sms is there possible to give complaint on me if I'm nt the person who sent letters, fake account was did by her boyfriend to save him she is making all these things .I never textd bad I have all messages and voice records of her
in This situation if they filed case means we can take bail otherwise there's chances of filming crime case against you then also we can take anticipatory bail better for your safety measures what is the main interest behind false case they want to file against ypu

your facts are vague , if you have apprehension of filing criminal case by your friend or other member, approach the lawyer and get anticipatory bail through court of law , even if you have no role in such acts you can file complaint for threatening and harassment before competent jurisdiction police station.
