Fake fir registered by sister in law

My husband's sister in law file a fake fir in police station regarding section 323,34, 506 what should I do if charge sheet made by police and bail is also done .
Contest the case and try to quash the FIR in High court that ur are not the party in case and in lower court if charge is not maintainable they they can even discharge you. Rest share the copy of FIR with team. Thanks for taking with LawRatoPartner.
