Fake diploma case filing time under limitation act

I got a fake diploma from an institute in 2020 ( I was in 2017-2020 batch ) but I want to file a suit against it, but I heard of some limitation act for filling tha case... Can anyone please let me know if I can file a complaint in this case now .. how much time I am left with filling the case
