Fake Denmark Job Employment(Full Money Recovery)

Agency in Kerala without MEA Licence took 60000 as initial payment for Denmark employment and I made an aggreement for the amount paid in a 500 rupees stamp paper. As I have the agreement to get the advance amount, the agency made me sign fake confirmation letter and took my original marks card saying it is for attestation and apostille. When I found the the email was not legit I told them that I need to money back but they r telling that they would pay only 30k back.Can i legally get ful amt?
Dear Sir,
It is purely a scam and cheating case. You may collect names and addresses of similar candidates if possible. Anyway lodge a complaint with Police and see that he is arrested and amount is required. Atleast get postdated cheque for your amount plus compensation for mental torture caused to you.
