Fake Degree and pregnancy by my wife

Hi , I am a SW engineer . I got married to a girl who completed MBBS , selected by my parents. My father knows her father for 20 years professionally. We moved to UK.Recently after 4 years of marriage , the girl cheated with false pregnancy claims and was caught at the last minute before surgery. She used data protection laws of UK to hide the actual health reports. Some how I found that she is not pregnant from the hospital receptionist just before she was going to hospital for c-section. Her parents in India declared c-section done but baby died. After investigating we found that she doesn’t even hold mbbs degree. She showed me the degree which was framed at her house but never shared a copy.We are totally cheated for four years with full of lies. What criminal charges can I make against the girl and her parents for faking the degree and pregnancy and cheating my family in india
you can file criminal cases against the girl for criminal breach of trust you can initiate criminal proceedings against her to teach her lesson for doing so and to punish her ad per law. I will draft strong complaint against her so that more criminal charges should be framed against her
