Fake Criminal Charge Under 308.

The person is working in Delhi, Police reached to his residence in Meerut today and told them that he hit someone on his head in 2023 so they filed a case under 308 and they want the accussed to be arrested but he didn't commit any such crime. He is being dragged into false charges. He is working in 9k per month salary. Can't even afford a advocate. Need help.
You could file a quashing petition in High court to quash this FIR lodged against that accused if you have some proof. As he can't afford an advocate he can file an application in concern DLSA or contact the Legal aid.
You can also move an application with evidence before Superintendent of Police to make these evidence part of investigation so you can secure a final report in the FIR.
