Fake Bainama By lawyer to Himself

If any lawyer have done Fake Bainama. He is also the purchaser of that property.And FIR get registered on him by the court for this fake Bainama.So my question is that, can this FIR is enough for cancellation of his Bar council registration? If yes then how to complaint against him in bar council?

you have to Register a complaint against him in bar council of concerning bar, then bar Council has investigate the matter first. if investigation is against him then bar council told to police to take action against him.
