Extortion by transgender- Regarding

I started a new business of medicine. A group of transgender comes every week and ask for money. During puja, they ask for huge money which I am unable to give. I don't want such practice. So, I deny, they use very abusive words and forcefully entered into my shop. Finally they took the money as I was helpless of their physical and verbal abuse. Nearby people are silent spectator. Please suggest me how such situation can be dealt. What legal action can be taken against transgender in my case.
