Expecting a resolution from police station in 24 hours on a false case

Hello There, My case as follows. Elder brother has issue with his wife and a divorce case is going on. Brother working abroad wife came back to Odisha and took over the house leaving my parents homeless who are staying with me in Bangalore. Her father is a senior police officer and has good relationships with local MLA. Initially they asked for huge money which we cannot afford. Now they have filed a flase dowry and harrament again all our family. I am working employee in Bangalore and staying here since 12 years now. They will get fake eyewitness so easily there. Me and my parents are dragged unnecessarily in their personal matters. Can anyone help me urgently. They are trying to spoil my family, career and everything. My dad in 67 years old and mom is in bad health condition. I am so sad they have face corrupted system in few days god bless my family.
