Ex girlfriend threatening to file for false rape case to extract money

respected sir,before 2 years back one girl loves me.and before 1 year back we can met physically with her permission.but one day she ask me 10 laks for she want to marry onther boy.i refused to give that amount.and she give complaint on me at police station. police have give us counseling.then i can accept to marry her. But she didnot accept my proposel.and police sent me jail. finally i came out on bail.now what i do to crash my case by court.and that section is ipc420,376(2).so please give me suggestion sir. iam a student. i have bright future.and that girl collapsed my life.

Sir you can file a case in high court and quash the fir and complaint filed by the girl against you there is no reason for you to go to jail you can get free from that by filing a case against her stating that she has filed a false case on you
