Ex girlfriend is stalking and threatening me, what are my rights

A girl which was in relationship with me before 10+ years.. we then have got separated with our consent,, but now she is again back and is stalking upon me last since long back and is threatening me that either I should merry her or she will commit a suicide and also will file a case against me. Is there any Law to protect myself from such a psycho person? I am also afraid of breaching my personal information as she is continuous gathering my personal information too.
LAW PROTECTING YOU:
1. File criminal complaint against her under S.506 of the Indian PENAL Code. This section provides that any person who commits criminal intimidation can be punished with imprisonment (jail) for up to two years or with fine or with both. Criminal intimidation means threatening reputation of the victim to compel him to do something.
2. File a suit for perpetual injunction in a Civil Court. Section 37 of the Specific Relief Act provides that the court may prohibit a person from doing anything ( like collecting personal information or stalking) that violates the right of another person. If the offender ignores such direction she may be put in jail (contempt of court proceeding).
3. File a suit for damages (torts) in a Civil Court. Your Ex has caused mental injury to you and you can claim damages from her.
WHAT ELSE?
1. Avoid any unrecorded communication with her.
2. Preserve any and all records of communication you had with her ( eg call logs, WhatsApp, mail).
3. Be on your best behaviour.
