Ex girlfriend complaint against boyfriend

My cousin’s ex has been torturing my cousin and his family by various means. He broke up with her and she is adamant on getting married to him. They were also intimate from mutual consent. So what should we do? He has no interest to marry her and has been trying to break up for last 6 months only to be blackmailed back in to the relationship.

hi Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, do note if there has been an act of intimacy under the promise of marriage it in itself would amount to rape, whereas I would advise you to amicably settle the matter within yourself, thank you
