Ex gf threatening of rape on marriage promise

I was in a relationship with a girl for six months, we had been physically intimate. There were marriage talks between families but it had to be cancelled because she was married before to someone else in a temple, which was hidden from me and my family. Since last 1.5 years she has been threatening me with false cases. What should I do? We are from a very poor family
