Ex boyfriend torture mental abuse since 3 years

I have been in a relationship for 2.8 years with a guy. He & his family has a lot of debts, lied on his education qualification, and hided having a sister. he started to ask more money from me and sexual abuse was also there. I decided to quit the relationship in the month of aug 2019 due to many reasons and my dad was also sick n From that date, till now he is torturing me to leak the pictures taken together, he talks to all my friends saying he wants me back, created a fake profile and spoke very bad about me to all my friends on social media, his mother is talking all the filthy words to me saying I cheated on his son. He is sharing my number to all the public like auto drivers, plumbers etc to call and talk bad to me. He is calling to my dad & mom number at midnights and threatening me he would say to them about my relationship. Yest he stood outside my house and is threatening to come inside if I don't talk to him. Pls suggest a way. Im mentally so traumatized & sick since 3 yrs.
