You should immediately move an application before the trial court to place your evidence on record, as prosecution evidence is crucial for your case. If your present lawyer has not submitted the documents despite your instructions, you can either pressurize him in writing or change your counsel and file evidence through the new lawyer. Delay in filing evidence may weaken your case, so take prompt steps. The court cannot ignore your right to present evidence, and you may also bring this lapse to the court’s notice by filing a written application.

For Criminal FIR (IPC, 498A, 406 etc.) → Push for proper framing of charges with evidence. For DV Case → Use the same bank proof + call recording to demand compensation, protection, and return of stridhan. For Maintenance → File under DV Act or Sec. 125 CrPC, if not already.

Your lawyer is supposed to assist prosecution by ensuring your documents are placed on record. If he has not filed them despite you giving them, it can weaken your case. If your evidence is not on record when cross-examination happens, it can create contradictions or make your testimony look weak.
