Employment issue related to criminal background verification

I had an criminal case against me but now it is quashed and compromised in the high court and my case is now disposed by high court . Will I have any problem in criminal verification by private company . Will i have any problem related to my employment

since the case has been quashed as a result of compromise between the parties for all police verification purposes for employment in private companies you will deemed to be of clean antecedent. it will also be of relevance to produce the order sheet of the high court order quashing the case against you before the police authorities in case they come to you or call you for the verification.

No. it is not supposed to impact your employment or status of your employment. Apart to this any separate or new issue may have impact. Please understand that you have been acquitted and further no appeal has been preferred, therefore you are not on the category of 'criminal case pending'.
