Employment fraud with HDFC bank ltd

Hi, I am Itishree Singh, and i signed up with Flexitech service in Feb for the job consultancy. Then i paid 2500/ i was interviewed by bank hr and finally got selected for the Bank. Later i paid 7500 for background verification. And 21000 for bond amount with bank. Now my joining was supposed to happen on 19th May and due to Covid it went on hold. However I still have not received any refund. The hr keeps asking me to wait. Now it's been 2 months. I have written mails to the bank but no appropriate response. I need the refund. Please help....

it's very unfair on part of employer to charge u. what is mode of your payment, is it paid to company or third party ? we can send a legal notice demanding refund along with interest, damages. consult for further details.
