Criminal Complaint has been filed by an employee against a Private Co for Deducting his Tax in excess of Rupees 8 lakhs in TDS Form 26AS amount shown for Tax deduction is Rs. 18,20,636 where actually company dedcuted 26,35,393 as alleged what steps can the company take. complaint has been filed 3 days back and it is up for investigation.
