Eligibility for govt jobs if free from criminal allegations

There was a case against me in which section 294, 323, 506B were imposed on me. The court gave their decision & set me free. Now I want to know am I eligible in any central govt jobs of India especially where mentioned good character.
The offences with which you were charged were not of moral turpitude. And you have already been acquitted in the case. So you are definitely eligible for any central/state Government job even if "good character" is required in the job. Mere the fact that you have been charged with these sections is no ground for holding you of bad character. BUT REMEMBER ONE THING THAT NEVER EVER HIDE THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH THESE SECTIONS. MENTION ABOUT IT WHENEVER ASKED, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE AFTERWARDS.
