Electrocution death due negligence in our farm

I am farmer and I did fenching wire to protect my farm because wild animals are harm my farm and accidentally one my neighbour stuck in it and death what I did now ....I inform everybody in my area about shock ...his age is 40 and he is passanger jeep driver and his one small general shop so how much ...how much money court ask to pay us and which act apply ....we settled this matter personally in 2.5 lac still they FIR us for more money ...what should we do now ....

it was accident. you did not do anything intentionally
hence you can do is defend yourself
also if there is no specific allegations against you, you can file for quashing under section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita
