Meri motorcycle ka Raat 11:00 baje 27 tarikh ko road per meri motorcycle side mein khadi hui thi main ek thaile per coffee Lene utra to police ki jivai aur boli ki yah gadi kiski khadi hai aur vahan thele walon se bhi badtamiji kar rahe the police wale FIR maine kaha bhai sahab meri gadi khadi hai main ja raha hun saman le raha hun bus tu itni baat kahane per mujhse sipahi Uttar kar bola ki hataye se yahan se Varna Tera chalan kat Dunga to maine kaha ki aap mujhse badtamiji mein baat kyon kar ra

Yahan aapki baat se lagta hai ki aapki motorcycle temporary taur par road ke side mein khadi thi jab aap coffee lene gaye the, lekin police ne aap se badtameezi se baat ki aur challan ki dhamki di. Aap is situation mein apna version likhit roop mein police station ke duty officer ko de sakte hain aur agar aapko lagta hai ki police wale ne anuchit vyavhaar kiya hai, toh aap SP ya senior officer ke paas complaint de sakte hain. Aap RTI ke madhyam se bhi pooch sakte hain ki kya us samay koi official challan ya report banayi gayi thi. Aapke paas agar koi gawah ya video evidence hai toh woh bhi madadgar sabit hoga.

unki usually behaviour hai .. agar apka challan kar diya hai toh no parking k under kata hoga 500₹ fine ka don't worry agar apko constable ka naam pata hai toh inline written complaint kar sakte hai for more help plz contact me any time
