Agar kisi bachay ko thappad mara gaya ya us par aisa dabao dala gaya jo uski suicide ka sabab bana, to waqiaat aur saboot ki bunyaad par abetment to suicide (suicide par uksana) ya dusre mutaliqa jurm ka sawal paida ho sakta hai.
