An fir filed against me under ipc 3/25 arms act in 2016 now the case is court and after 5 days my bail is granted.Recently I'm selected for govt job in income tax department.Kya muje joining mil jaayegi ???nBcoz case abhi bhi court m chl rha h .

there should not be any embargo for u in getting the job... as the matter is still pending and in indian law u are presumed inconeecnt until proven guilty..... however more light can be thrown by the department which you are joining.... if they have a condition that if a criminal case is pending and you can't join then there could be a issue... otherwise not

I am sorry to say but it will be difficult for you to get the job especially in the income tax department because there a gross investigation process in the appointment of the officers. And at the beginning itself they ask you whether any criminal cases is pending against you or not. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
