Effect on Govt job of NCR on my name and crpc 107/116 proceedings

Sir/madam,
An NCR was filed against me under sec 323, 506 IPC
police for mi or altercation over parking. Police didn't do anything on that but later I was summoned by SEM court and a bond with surety for 6 months was made to sign by me ( My advocate advised it). One and a half year havr passed since the bond signing.
What will be the impact of this on my eligibility to get a government job? What should I declare in form which asks- "Was I ever prosecuted/Bounded?" Should I declare 'yes' to both of anyone or 'No'
