Effect of criminal case on the government job

Am looking for central govt jobs include ssc chsl..i have a criminal fight case on this year ..we two speak and going to combromise the case..is that affect my any central govt job later i got?

Hi aspirant, As per the existing law the said case will not hamper your chance, as you are going to compromise it. Even, on the other hand merely an accused in a criminal case also not a bar to get a Govt Job including Military service. Only you are disqualified if you get conviction and imprisonment. If you compromise the case, then no issue. If you are accused, that will cause difficulties in your job opportunity. So it is advisable to compromise the case particularly if you are an accused in that case.
