Educational Documents Given For Job Now Not Returning My Documents

Sir 5 month ago I gave my all educational and all work experience documents to someone regarding job now he is not returning my documents and making excuses that will give you so and so date and every time give new date. Now I have fear he can do some fraud activity from my documents. Please advise what should I do.
i suggest you to send him a legal document asking him for the documents will be the collect solution. i suggest you to take this step immidiately so that there is no further delay in the same and you can get your documents asap

file a complaint in the police station against the said person or you can send him a legal notice. if you do not act upon quickly , your documents can be misused and you will face consequences. you can directly file a written complaint to the police or you can engage a lawyer to draft a legal notice for you so that you are protected from fraud , if any.
