DV Cases Filed - Court Case status shows Summons - What to do next ?

Hi Everyone, My Spouse filed a DV case against me but however I have no clue or Idea that It was filed. I have not received summons, in MC case in one of the Affadafit she mentioned she filed a DV case few months back. Today when I checked the case number couple of court dates already finished. What are the next steps ? Should I wait to receive the court notice ? Current Case Status: SUMMONS
Since the case status is showing “SUMMONS”, it is advisable not to ignore the matter or wait indefinitely.

your burden starts only after receiving of summons,if the petitioner can't send summons to you the case will stay only in summons, no adverse orders are passed against you, if you wish to take it voluntarily u can appear before the court,
