during accident the pilion died so should his family gets compansation

hi my friend father was riding a scooty and a car comes from opposite side and hit the scooty and in accident his father have some injuries while the pillion siting with his father died after 1 week in hospital. his father didn't have driving license and scooty insurance was also expired and RC was on my friends name. the pillion who died in accident get the compensation from insurance company or the car owner? and what issues will be there?

You have to make party to both of drivers and insuramce company of both vehicles.. it very good case... no need to worry... we are dealing in MACT case.. you may come with all docs and we may proceed with claim petition

You can get compensation from the insurance company of the car. They are bound to pay you. Its not a matter whether the person who died is pillion or driver. The supreme court has cleared this issue in number of judgments .Contact me for further guidance
