Drinking in public in car police caught and took to police station and take alchohal test and den take license no name adress and sign on an application dont know which application

In that case you can be prosecuted by the police for drinking in public. The application can also be a compromise or a guilt notice. You can always file a complaint regarding the misconduct of the police officials to the higher authorities. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

that will probably be an application for suspension of your license which is not a big issue. We will have to obtain the complaint that Police might have filed under MV Act against you and then proceed
