Drink but was not driving and my bike taken away by the police

I was drunk and sitting on the bike outside wine shop with keys of the bike but the keys were not switched on. Two policemen came and asked me if I was drunk which i relied yes, one of them sat on my bike started by bike and ask me to sit on pillion and they taken me to the police station where they conducted my breathe analyser test which was positive. Now they are asking me present before court and impounded my Bike. They dont have testing kit with them, is it legal to do so?

Hello client that police is not doing good with you. while the impound your vehicle then you first to release your vehicle by suprutnama and make complaint agaist such police authority while they doing injustice with you. contact personally to advocate and get advice.
