Sir for this you have to send the challan photo From that I have to see the court of judge and then only I can help you And in this case maximum fine is 10000 and 6 months imprisonment or both But I can help you to minimise the fine

Hello, You cannot drive while your license is impounded. To get your license released, we first need to file the matter before the concerned magistrate. The magistrate will then impose a fine, and once the fine is paid, your license will be un-impounded.

You can drive but with caution. Court summon might not reach you this early. You can either wait till Lol Adalat, however, it is best that you file an application in concerned court and initiate the process.

No technically you can not drive if your drunk and drive challan is pending because your licence is digitally impound in this situation, if you want to get it cleared then contact me. So first you should get it cleared the. you will be able to drive your vehicle otherwise the police officials may impund your vehicle next time.
