Dear Sir If a breathalyzer or blood test showed twenty four percent alcohol that would be an extraordinarily high concentration well beyond any legal threshold Additionally driving without a valid driving license is a serious independent offense that carries severe legal penalties including statutory fines and possible imprisonment or impounding of the vehicle Since the traffic authority has issued a court challan ignoring or failing to appear in court can lead to the issuance of arrest warrants or further legal complications You must attend the scheduled court proceeding on the given date and present your case or plea before the magistrate
